MDF powder coating is a durable thermosetting coating finish that fully encapsulates the MDF board with excellent mechanical properties and chemical performance.
Recommended Application
For MDF furniture and hardware finishes, such as commercial furniture, residential furniture, retail displays, office fitouts, kitchen and bath cabinets, etc.

Application reference
Spaying method: electrostatic spaying
Timber treatment: polish and clean the surface according to the actual requirement
Timber moisture content: 4%-8%
Pre-heat temperature: the substrate temperature is about 60℃
Curing condition: Circulated heating by infrared and hot air. 130 ℃ ~ 150 ℃ (surface temperature of the substrate), 5 ~ 20 minutes, according to the production line.Our current client uses the condition at 140 ℃/8min

The color and appearance would not affected by spraying thickness
Laboratory panel is different from factory panel. It need to adjust the spraying reference
Transportation and storage

It is not hazardous article, so it has no specific transportation requirement
Store in dry and cool place under 25℃
The shelf-life is 6 month within 25℃ in dry and cool condition.
